How far in advance should I place my order?

In order to receive designs on time, all customers should place orders 2 weeks in advance for small orders, such as one outfit, one wreath, etc. If there is a large order, please allow 3-4 weeks for shipping. 

 

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, Timely Kreations do not ship internationally.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

Timely Kreations accept PayPal, cash app, money orders, cashier's checks, western union and moneygram. Payment must be received in full before designs are started. If payment is made via paypal, paypal fee will be added in with the taxes.

 

How are shipping charges calculated?

Shipping charges are calculated based on size of box and final destination. If an order is placed local, other arrangements can be made.

 

Why can't I place an order online?

Prices and designs vary based on size, material cost, etc. Timely Kreations has listed beginning prices, but we want to make sure we understand what you're requesting. We prefer to be direct with you via an email or call. Once you have confirmed your design via email, an invoice will be sent via paypal. 

 

Can I select my own colors?

You may select your own colors and Timely Kreations will create a design based on the colors you select.  We always send design options for you to confirm prior to creating the design. 

 

Are all your shoes always in stock?

Timely Kreations do not have a stock of shoes, since shoes are made to order and one can select the type of shoe they want. If we can't locate the shoe, you will need to provide the shoe.

 

 

Do you do other designs that are not on your website?

Timely Kreations designs are unlimited. Send your request and we will try our hardest to fulfill it. 

 

 

Can I place an order less than 2 weeks?

Yes, but you will be charged a rush fee, which will be a certain percentage of the total price of the design.
